What we collect

Order details: name, shipping address, email, phone and the products you order.
Age check: first-time customers send a photo ID so we can confirm they are 19 or older.
Payment: you pay by Interac e-Transfer through your own bank. We never see or store your banking login or card details.
Account: if you create one, your login details, order history and reward points.
Contact form: whatever you send us.
Cookies and analytics: to keep your cart and login working, protect the site, and understand how visitors use it (Google Analytics).
Email: if you order or sign up, we may send order updates and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

To process and ship your order, confirm your age, answer questions, keep the site secure and prevent fraud.

Only what is needed to deliver your order: your name and address go to the carrier (Canada Post, UPS or Purolator). We do not sell your information.

Order records are kept as long as needed for orders, customer service and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your account.
