Who can order from Doob Dasher?

Adults aged 19 and over in Canada.

How do I pay?

By Interac e-Transfer. After you place your order, the payment instructions are on your order confirmation page and in your confirmation email.

Why do you ask for photo ID?

To confirm you are 19 or older. First-time customers are asked for a photo ID after their payment is accepted.

What does shipping cost?

Canada Post is free on orders of $120 or more. Otherwise choose express flat rate for $25 (2–3 business days) or UPS / Purolator for $40 (1–3 business days to major cities, signature required). Details on our Shipping page.

Can you ship to a P.O. box?

Not with UPS / Purolator. Please give a street address for those orders.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders ship in unmarked boxes with smell-proof bags.

How do I track my order?

We email your tracking number when your order ships.

My order hasn’t arrived. What now?

If it has been more than 7 business days since you got your tracking number, email orders@doob-dasher.net with your order number.

Something was missing from my order.

Email us with your order number. Missing items are credited to your account as store credit. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
