Doob Dasher ships across Canada. Every order is tracked and sent in an unmarked box with smell-proof bags.

Good to know
- UPS / Purolator orders need a signature on delivery, and cannot go to a P.O. box.
- Your order ships after your Interac e-Transfer payment is received. First-time customers are asked for a photo ID to confirm they are 19 or older.
- We email your tracking number when your order ships.
Has your order not arrived?
If you have your tracking number and your package has not arrived after 7 business days, email us at orders@doob-dasher.net with your order number. We use third-party carriers, so for a lost parcel we will also ask you to file a claim with the carrier. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
